2. How does the W4Kids-Dance Curriculum benefit children?
Tailored to be inclusive for all students' ages, this therapy-based course promotes values through mindful movement, breathing, and relaxation. Each session is designed to be fun, educational, engaging, and motivating.
Sessions are conducted one class at a time, with themes adapted to different year levels. These themes impart life skills and lessons in a manner that is invigorating, challenging, and calming, using language suitable for each age group, offering a unique experience of calm and relaxation.

5. What can parents expect from your playgroup wellbeing sessions?
You are never too young to start learning about values, feelings, emotions and behaviors. Students will learn the signs and what to do when BIG feelings come and visit our bodies. With age appropriate class themes we will go and explore how we can make our bodies supe strong, say goodbye to our worries and calm and relax our body.

Our programs are modified to meet the requirements of each individual student. This is done through sensory props and visual aids. Supported by therapy based exercises, breathing and relaxation.
